Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Privacy Compliance expert.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage privacy and compliance-related initiatives across the organization
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and improve compliance processes and standards
• Act as subject matter expert within Privacy Compliance
• Drive compliance implementation across the Volvo Group
• Manage multiple complex topics with high business impact
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across business units and IT
• Communicate compliance risks, progress, and decisions to senior management
• Support governance, audits, and regulatory follow-ups
• Ensure continuity and delivery in ongoing compliance activities from day one

What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience within compliance, privacy, or regulatory governance
• Recognized expert-level competence in Privacy Compliance
• Strong background in general project management
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively at senior management level
• Deep understanding of internal and external compliance requirements
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to deliver immediately with minimal onboarding
• Structured, proactive, and highly accountable working style
• Experience developing standards, processes, and frameworks at group level
